Tikigaq Technology Services, LLC, as prime contractor, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tikigaq Corporation (Tikigaq) of Point Hope, Alaska, an Alaska Native Village Corporation, which was established in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). We are an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC), Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and are registered Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) with the State of Alaska.

The corporation has approximately 1,000 Inupiaq shareholders, most are in Point Hope. Tikigaq has proven program management, information technology, arctic construction capabilities, rural and urban environmental expertise, logistics services experience, and supports local hire throughout various projects. Their resources include staff engineers, scientists, project managers, superintendents, office managers, purchasing agents, quality control personnel and safety specialists. Tikigaq has offices and yards in Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Point Hope, Alaska.

Adept Process Services, LLC - APS is a privately-owned marine services company. Formed in 2005, APS is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with standing marine service contracts in place through 2010. APS brings great value to government customers and commercial clients with tough challenges and operations that require special handling. Our ability to apply careful process management towards a desired performance level is our main strength and competency.

APS Marine Operations Specialist employees perform electronic surveillance watch standing and management duties on a 24/7 basis for a major West Coast Port District. This task is collocated with DHS, DOD, ICE and municipal law enforcement agency representatives in a secure operations center. Our employees are not only skilled in security systems integration, but are also the OPCENTER experts in waterfront geography, facilities and operations. We provide strong local knowledge in support of maritime domain awareness for all bay security stakeholders. APS also provides services and labor in support of the Maritime Transportation Security Act.
